In the morning of january 7th, Jan Pustjens peacefully passed away at home. A week later, many friends and percussionists from all over the world came to pay their last respects to Jan at a memorial service in De Rode Hoed in Amsterdam. He was later brought to his final resting place at Zorgvlied Cemetary in Amsterdam.
